Victoria's Web is a brand/service name under which Sunny Group B.V. delivers services. This policy explains how we process personal data via www.victoriasweb.nl, cloud.victoriasweb.nl, email and related services.

- Purposes: answering contact and intake forms; performing quotes, agreements and invoicing; support and complaints; optional newsletter messages about Victoria's Web (consent only); reviewing review submissions (publication only after permission and approval); legal obligations (including records).
- Data categories: contact details (name, email, phone), company details, project content you share, technical data needed for security (e.g. IP for spam filtering), and newsletter data (email, optional name, consent time, source).
- Legal bases: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; legitimate interest (security, service improvement, communication about open enquiries); consent where required (newsletter).
- Retention: form messages as long as needed for follow-up; contract and invoice records per legal terms (typically up to seven years); newsletter data until unsubscribe or withdrawal of consent, plus a short administrative period.
- Sharing: only with processors required (Fastmail for email; Cloudflare for hosting, CDN and Turnstile on forms) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data.
- Transfers: processors may process data outside the EEA; we select providers with appropriate safeguards where applicable.
